Amazon Alexa Smart Home Quiz- More Details And Terms:
- This Contest will commence on September 27, 2021 from 12:00:00 a.m. and will end on November 2, 2021 at 11:59:00 p.m. (both days inclusive) (“Contest Period”), unless extended or revoked by AWIPL and/or ASSPL at its / their sole discretion, without prior notice.
- In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must sign-in or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in app (“Amazon.in App”).
- Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, you can participate by navigating to the GameX section known as ‘Funzone’ and clicking on the banner of the Contest at insert hyperlink. On clicking the banner, you will be shown a video about ‘Alexa Smart Home’ followed by a quiz where a set of 5 (five) questions about Alexa, Amazon Echo devices] and other related ‘Alexa Smart Home’ aspects (“Contest Questions”) will be posted throughout the entire Contest Period in a manner decided by AWIPL in its sole discretion, including the frequency of posting the Contest Questions.
- Thereafter, if you answer all the Contest Questions correctly, you will be eligible for a draw of lots which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered all the Contest Questions correctly.
- Out of all the participants who fulfill the requirements provided in Section 4 above, 1 (one) participant will be selected at the end of the Contest Period by draw of lots to stand a chance to win a Prize (please see the ‘Prizes’ section below) under the Contest.
- The winner declared on the Amazon.in App will be eligible for winning a Honda City car (at ex-showroom price) exclusive of any applicable tax, insurance and other related charges and / or obligations which shall be the responsibility of such declared winner (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).
- The winning participant will be eligible for winning 1 (one) Prize under this Contest only. The decision of AWIPL regarding winners shall be final. In the above regard, it is hereby clarified that: (i) the draw of lots will be undertaken once at the end of the Contest Period, regardless of the number of times the Contest Questions are made available for the participants. The participants will only be eligible to participate in the draw of lots hosted if they have answered all the 5 (five) Contest Questions correctly, subject to also successfully completing the steps above. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby further clarified that the customer: (a) is required to correctly answer all five Contest Questions during the Contest Period; and (b) is not eligible to answer the same set of Contest Questions more than once (ii) the winner of the Prize will be responsible for fulfilling the requisite tax and other related payment obligations in relation to the Prize including the registration tax, gift tax, road tax, insurance charges etc. and that the winner will be formally declared only after his/her confirmation with regard to fulfilling the aforesaid tax and other related payment obligations (iii) the delivery of the Prize to the winner (who fulfils the criteria as mentioned in these T&Cs) may take up to three (3) months depending on the availability of the Prize at the respective dealerships / showrooms and subject to the availability of the requisite information /documentation in respect of the winner. Further, if the aforesaid winner is not a resident of the city wherein a dealership / showroom (of the Prize) is located, then he / she may be required to make necessary arrangements (at his own expense) to accept the delivery of the Prize from the dealership / showroom that is nearest to the winner’s city of residence, as may be communicated by AWIPL. . (iv) Further, the first declared winner will have the right of first refusal towards the Prize; followed by the second winner as declared by AWIPL and so on.
