FIND THE CRACKER CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Find the Cracker contest (“Contest”) is brought and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
These T&Cs are in addition to the Mobile Application Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Mobile Application. To the extent the Mobile Application Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. Notwithstanding anything contained in these T&Cs, Amazon has a right to remove this Contest from its Website at any time in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and (d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.
DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
- This Contest will commence on 18th September, 2019 at 4:00: 01 pm (IST) and end on 21st September 2019 at 10:00:00 PM (IST) (“Contest Period”)
- In order to be eligible for the Contest during the Contest Period, you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application.
- Amazon will be displaying three (3) boxes on the find the cracker page of the Mobile Application during the Contest Period. One (1) box out of the 3 boxes displayed on the Mobile Application, will be a Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”). Two (2) boxes out of the 3 boxes displayed on the Mobile Application, will be an empty box with no prize. The number of boxes to be displayed will be at the sole discretion of Amazon.
- To participate in the Contest, a customer must open and enter into of the three boxes.
- At the end of the Contest Period, the customers who open and enter the Find the cracker Boxes will be entitled to participate in a draw of lots. Such customers will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail. There will be separate draw of lots conducted for the prize behind each box.
- Amongst the customers who answer the Contest question correctly, a total of 4 participants will be declared as winners for the Contest which will be announced by 30th October 2019. The total list of prizes is as follows: a. Grand Prize – Rs. 1,00,000 Amazon Pay balance – 1 winner a. Grand Prize – Rs. 1,25,000 Amazon Pay balance – 1 winner a.
